The New Kids on the Block began in Boston with rapper/dancer Donnie Wahlberg (older brother of superstar Mark who was an original member of the band). Taking the name of a song written by Donnie, the New Kids on the Block brought together brothers Jordan and Jonathan Knight, 12 year old Joey McIntyre and Danny Wood. They stormed to the top of the pop music world, out-earning contemporary artists like Michael Jackson and Madonna.

The Backstreet Boys originated in Orlando, Florida (named after the city’s Backstreet Market), made up of A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Brian Litrell, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson. Selling over 130 million albums, they are THE boy band of all time. Unfortunately, Richardson left the band five years ago but the Boys continue to sell, and to perform ... this summer in the ultimate boy band summit, the NKOTB/BSB Tour!
